A portfolio of up to 40 buildings is $9,800 paid once. Paying for the build over three months costs more than paying once. After day 90, maintenance is a separate monthly fee. Over 40 buildings, the price is custom and is set on a call.

Maintenance keeps the board running: hosting, fixes and support. You choose each month whether it continues. The published fee is for up to 40 buildings. Above that, it is agreed on the call.
Delivery guarantee: if your first building is not live within 30 days of starting, I refund your first payment. In writing, in the agreement.

Frequently asked questions
Is Nightly Proof a cleaning company?
No. It is software built for commercial cleaning companies. Your crews keep cleaning; the software proves to you — and to your clients — which buildings were cleaned each night.
Do my cleaners need to learn new software?
They open their list in the morning, start the zone with a QR or a tap, take one photo in the app, and mark what they used. There is no camera roll.
What does it cost?
Up to 40 buildings: $9,800 paid once, or $4,000 a month for 3 months ($12,000). Over 40 buildings the price is custom: you book a call and it is quoted there. After day 90, maintenance on the published band is $900 a month. If the first building is not live within 30 days, your first payment is refunded.
